The application modules
The purpose of the ENERGY CONTROL SYSTEM is to optimize clients’ energy consumption. How?
• Measuring and recording energy consumptions, ECS analyzes variations over time, including peaks and anomalies. It allows the analysis of numerous data not available on an utility bill, allowing to take action over them.
• Supervising, controlling, and managing energy loads, enabling remote activation and deactivation to modulate and optimize consumptions based on actual needs.
• ECS revolutionizes remote machine management by delivering real-time alerts for alarms and faults, reducing downtime and preventing disruptions—such as HVAC failures in peak summer or production line stoppages.
With ECS, maintenance managers gain full control over every service event, often resolving issues remotely. And when on-site intervention is needed, technicians arrive prepared, thanks to instant diagnostics. ECS seamlessly integrates systems with different functions and communication protocols, therefore it is compatible with machines from any brand —making it the smart, scalable choice for modern industrial operations.
MODULES
ECS is an advanced software solution for managing and optimizing electrical consumptions and controlling different facilities.
It enables an integrated management of different operational areas of a building through a series of main modules and add-on that enhance its functionalities.
ECS provides three levels of access, each one with specific user functionality:
- – 1° level (Entry-level): it allows the adjustment of basic functions (e.g., turning on and off), such as scheduling operating times and modifying essential parameters like temperature setpoints. This level is designed for everyday, non-expert use and does not allow the modification of internal parameters of the connected machines.
- – 2° level (Intermediary level): permits to intervene on different functional machines parameters such as fan speed, the brightness level of individual lamps, and motor control via inverters.
- – 3° level (Advanced level): it provides full access to the system configuration, including the modification of advanced machine parameters and software settings, such as programming addresses. It is recommended only for qualified technical staff.
Lighting
Take full control of your building’s lighting with intelligent automation. ECS optimizes lighting activation and remotely manages both functionality and fault detection, cutting unnecessary energy use while enhancing visual comfort. Automated adjustments ensure ideal lighting levels at all times—efficient, responsive, and sustainable.
Heating and air treatment, hvac
Optimize indoor climate with advanced control of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. ECS ensures energy efficiency and thermal comfort through smart regulation of air treatment, filtration, and circulation—delivering clean, comfortable environments with minimal energy waste.
Load management and consumption control
Unlock full visibility and control over your building’s energy use. This module monitors real-time load distribution and identifies opportunities to reduce consumption and eliminate waste. The result? Lower energy bills, improved system efficiency, and a more sustainable operation.
Remote alarm management
Stay one step ahead with smart, remote alarm supervision. ECS monitors system anomalies across all modules—from lighting to HVAC—and alerts operators in real time. When needed, alarms can be escalated directly to support teams for fast, targeted response—minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Multi-site
Designed for businesses with multiple locations, this module centralizes the supervision of all sites from a single interface. ECS gives operators complete oversight of real-time energy performance across buildings—ensuring consistent efficiency, control, and savings at scale.
Additional ECS service
Other than the modules already described, ECS provides a remote monitoring and reporting service for the ongoing management of infrastructures.
Active monitoring
Ensure constant performance with always-on energy supervision. ECS continuously monitors your building’s energy usage and automatically generates reports on critical events—such as equipment failures or consumption thresholds being exceeded. This proactive approach helps you stay in control, prevent inefficiencies, and react before problems escalate.
Ticketing system
Streamline your maintenance process with smart ticket automation. When an anomaly or fault is detected, ECS instantly generates a ticket, notifies the assigned technician, and keeps the client informed. Every intervention is fully tracked and documented, ensuring transparency, rapid response, and detailed reporting for total peace of mind.
Maximize Energy Efficiency
and Savings
with the BACS System
Comparison of Energy Savings in Non-Residential and Residential Buildings thanks to the BACS Automation System (from Class D to Class B)
ECS is a BACS (Building Automation and Control System), an integrated hardware and software system for monitoring, controlling, and managing the various technological systems of a building.
This system makes it possible to upgrade a building with inefficient energy management and no automation (Class D – low-efficiency building) to a centralized and automated control system (Class B – building with good energy efficiency), offering significant advantages in terms of cost and sustainability.

The BACS (Building Automation Controls) system enables savings between a hotel with no control system (Class D) and the same hotel equipped with a centralized and coordinated automation management system (Class B).
